The following are club responses to frequently asked questions.
What is match categorisation? (Important for All Members)

The categorisation of a match can be either Category A or Category B. Match categorisation is based on our opponent, historic attendances and stadium capacity.

Category A: Blockbuster games where the whole stadium is fully ticketed to a reserved seat.
Category B: All other games when capacity issues are not anticipated.

What is the Member Ticket Exchange program?

At AAMI Park, our seat return program* is now in its fourth season. As per last season, in 2016/17 you will receive 50% of the published ticket price if your seat is sold, which will be credited directly to your credit card. You can read more about the program here.

When will I receive my membership pack?

All memberships will start to be sent out from early September 2016.

If the club makes it to the Finals Series, how do I access a ticket through the priority period?

The Finals Series is managed by Football Federation Australia (FFA), but the club, in conjunction with FFA, will keep you abreast of all Finals Series information as it comes to hand. Priority periods for members will be advised by the FFA and your (valid) barcode on the back of your membership card will enable you access to priority periods.

What‘s the best way to stay connected with Melbourne Victory?

The best form of communication is via email. So please ensure that you have registered an email address with us. Throughout the season you will receive additional offers and invitations via mail, courtesy calls and SMS.

Will my membership card work at all three stadiums?

While we will play games at three venues this season, only one membership card will be distributed to each member, with the barcode and seating information applicable to AAMI Park and Etihad Stadium. Your member card will also allow admission to Simonds Stadium, Geelong in General Admission capacity.

Can I make changes to the reserved seats I’ve been allocated?

The club will attempt to fulfill all seating requests as best as possible. If you are wanting to make changes to your current seating arrangement, upon membership purchase contact Membership Services on 1300 466 832.

I would like to amend my personal details online

Upon payment of your membership, you will be able to amend your personal details by going to the ‘Member’s Area‘.
